Optimizely

Epinova.se is built on the Optimizely CMS publishing solution. The system sets various cookies to control how the content is displayed and keep track of the different visitors.

The following cookies are set by Optimizely:

 ASP.NET_SessionId - Used to allow the website to distinguish users from each other. The cookie is automatically deleted when you close your browser.

. EPiForm_BID - Used when you fill out a form on epinova.se, so that Optimizely can keep track of which forms are being filled in. The cookie is automatically deleted after 90 days.

EPiForm_{xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxx}:{xxxxx} -
Used as temporary staging when filling out a form on epinova.se, so you can continue filling if you are cancelled before submitting. The cookie is automatically deleted after 90 days.

. EPiForm_VisitorIdentifier - Used when you submit a form on epinova.se, so that Optimizely can keep track of which user has submitted which form. The cookie is automatically deleted after 90 days.

. EPiServerLogin, EPiDPCKEY, . ASPXRoles - 
Used by Optimizely to keep track of access and user rights (only for logged-in users on epinova.se, i.e. our employees). These cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is closed.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to provide us with general statistics about how the website is used to improve content. Your IP address will be automatically anonymized, so the statistics cannot be traced back to you as an individual.

The following cookies are set by Google Analytics:

__utma - Used to distinguish between (anonymous) users. The cookie is automatically deleted when it is 2 years since the user last visited.

__utmb - Used to keep track of new visitors to the website. The cookie is automatically deleted when it is 30 minutes since the user was first on the website.

__utmz - Used to keep track of how the visitor ended up on the website (traffic source). The cookie is automatically deleted when it is 6 months since the user last visited.

__CookieInformationConsent is a cookie that is set from CookieInformation that the user has accepted cookies.

__ARRA cookies have to do with Azure load balancing.

__EPiStateMarker is used for Pptimizely visitor groups.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to help us manage multiple pieces of code for statistics and personalization. A separate cookie is set for this.

Processing of personal data

Some pages on epinova.se have forms that you can fill out. These can be contact forms, signing up for an event or competition, or subscribing to our newsletter. All our forms are designed so that we only request relevant personal data in the form of the form.

When you sign up for a newsletter, event or competition, and give your consent to the form, we will subscribe to our mailing lists. You can sign up for the mailings at any time by following the link at the bottom of the last email you received or informing us on info@epinova.se.

We will retain your personal data for as long as it is relevant to our professional relationship with you, or until you explicitly inform us at info@epinova.se to delete or correct it.

We promise you to protect your information. This means that we only use the information for internal analysis and to send you information that we think you will benefit from.

Only Epinova employees have access to the personal data we collect. We don't pass on your personal data to anyone else, because we wouldn't like that either.
