Understanding the users

To move on from a smart strategy to meeting users in the best possible way, we need to understand them. What are their needs, behaviors, and motivations? What do users need, and how can we best provide it?

In our insights work, we value facts over subjective opinions. We get facts partly through data, but also by asking users through interviews and surveys, analyzing statistics, and continuously testing content and functionality on the target audience with, for example, prototypes. When we understand the users early in the design process, we minimize the risk of costly adjustments later. The result is more loyal users who want to continue using the service and recommend it to others, which in turn leads to increased revenue for your company.
