Epinova doesn't just work with services at Optimizely, we have also developed Optimizely's own website.
The product company Optimizely had a number of its own websites for customers, partners and developers. The websites had been built on for a long time and were separate both in terms of design but also technically. There was a partner portal with its own login, a public customer website where they marketed their products and services, and a community for developers. In addition, there were a number of underlying systems with integrations, for example to CRM systems and training systems.
Optimizely wanted to revamp the entire customer experience to better meet the needs of its target audiences and also reach out to new customers in new markets. They also wanted to invest in more self-service for a growing partner network. A major focus has also been on simplifying the work of the decentralised editor organisation.

The goal has also been to have less but more relevant content for the visitors.
Frontify as a DAM solution
The new website is integrated with the brand solution Frontify, which is also used as a DAM solution. Through the DAM system, images become available to the entire organization – not just for the web, but images and media can be used in all types of communication.
