With 5 000 members, Sweden's Communicators has created a meeting place for communication professionals and future communication experts.

Sweden's communicators is a membership organization with over 5,000 members. Through training, networking and membership, the organization is a meeting place for inspiration, learning and competence provision for professional communicators, while highlighting important issues in the social debate.

Our collaboration with Sweden's Communicators began in the summer of 2021. The journey we made together extends from initial solution review, takeover of an older Episerver solution, quality-enhancing measures, new way of working, to development of a completely new web on the latest version of Optimizely and with Epinova's framework. Together, we have helped Sweden's Communicators to digitize and streamline their business, both for the organization's members but also in the internal work.

Increased member benefit

With automated flows of sales of memberships and courses from web via CRM to the new ERP system to the introduction of online courses via an LMS system that is directly integrated with Single Sign On for buyers - everything from increasing membership benefits to limiting the amount of manual work for the organization.

Focus on the user experience

The new website has been developed on Epinova's framework with a strong focus on the user experience and with a design in line with Sweden's Communicators' new graphic profile. Now the editors can actively work on creating content to engage and build organic visibility that helps Sweden's Communicators to increase the number of members and courses sold.

We have done this

The project ranges from strategy, concept & design, to development and implementation of new functions based on Epinova's framework, integrations with other systems, performance, security and SEO.

Concept and UX/UI design, new information structure.
A dynamic layout system that gives the editors the opportunity to choose for example how the Hero area on the start page and landing pages should look with colors, shapes, text and images, or how a block on a page should be presented with colors, images, links, etc. Many nice subtleties that give the editors opportunities beyond the ordinary.
An advanced and visually appealing navigation with a block-based navigation that increases the flexibility for the editor to create a custom navigation for landing pages and "My Pages".
Color theme support. In the new graphic profile, some colors may be combined and some colors may not be combined. The solution automatically supports the editors so that the correct colors are used on pages and blocks.

"My Pages" has been implemented with a range of smart functions and services for members. When logged in, as a member you can see which courses and events you have completed or upcoming courses/events you are registered for. You can edit your information, take part in membership offers and read locked articles.
Epinova's Responsive Images, which automatically rescale images and make them responsive, possibility for the editor to change/set the focal point in an image himself.
New login procedure with simple forgotten-password functionality.
Integration with Single-sign-on to the learning platform Learnster.
