For us, this part of our assignment means that we establish the technical solution, and that includes both functional and non-functional requirements.
Based on the concepts, design sketches and prototypes that have been developed, we work iteratively with the development. We turn ideas into solutions and we do this by working in iterative cycles, for example in sprints. What needs to be done next is stated in the project's prioritized backlog and we like to be able to transparently showcase the work and take in feedback at our demo sessions.
We work actively and systematically with quality assurance activities and testing, where factors such as safety, performance, availability and responsiveness are some of our watchwords.
"We" in front of "you"
We also like to involve you as a customer as a natural part of the team, where you are involved in making decisions and prioritizing based on business value. We want to be a partner rather than just a supplier. Creating an environment where there is transparency between you as a customer and the team that delivers is something we see as a success factor.
During the course of the work, we establish an agile way of working that we then take with us even after the project, into the continuous further development.

Reusability is key
Most of our solutions are based on our custom starter platform and several of our reusable modules. When basic functions that are included in most projects can be reused instead of being coded from scratch every time, it saves both time and money for you as a customer and it also increases the quality of your solution.
