Tell us a little about your background
I got hooked on the digital world in 2007 when websites gained an increasingly significant role and the channel shift from offline to online began to take shape with the addition of e-commerce. The fact that SEO also came at a rapid pace made me lyrical. I love blood, sweat and tears to get revenue results, so my career started there and now it's 16 years old.
After graduating, I started my career in the Armed Forces where I worked for ten years, and through curiosity and interest, I got roles such as IT technician and Webmaster. I learned a lot there!
In 2007, my online journey began, mainly in the hospitality industry (shipping, hotels, camping and retail) as Head of E-commerce, Director of Marketing and Online Sales Manager. Along the way my working life has been established, I have also become certified in various areas.
What is your role at Epinova?
My role is Project Manager with a focus on measurement and analysis. My coaching is shown through responsiveness and commitment. A successful concept is open-minded. Reaching business goals and deadlines together as a team is really cool. As a person, I am solution-oriented and have a genuine holistic approach throughout the development process.
What will you help our customers with?
I will help our customers with web experimentation, measurement and analysis, which is my specialist competence. Also to optimize the customer journey for increased conversion by developing improvement proposals for the user experience on websites with the customer in focus.
