Hi EvaHanna, now we have collaborated since August 2021 and we would like to ask you some questions about why you chose Epinova and how the collaboration with us has worked?
Can you tell us a little about the background?
We had a big challenge in that we stood and stomped in the same place. We never got ahead with the development of our website and our then supplier failed to solve the problems that arose for us in everyday life, neither for us who worked as administrators nor for our customers who got recurring errors. The supplier did not understand the challenges we had nor the flows in our business, they did not understand the whole. Which meant that they patched and fixed a little here and a little there and we stood and stomped in the same place.
For us, it is important that you as a supplier understand the entire flow and can come up with proposals that are better than what you yourself bring as a customer. As a customer, I know what I want, but not how to get there. The supplier needs to assist with this, the technical competence.
Why did you choose Epinova?
It was really a coincidence that we came across Epinova. Your CEO Linus Ekström was very convincing when he told us about Epinova. What you do, how you work and you also felt very forward. That a CEO who is a developer can explain the whole process, what you are doing and who has an understanding of what challenges the customers have, yes it felt super cool.
How do you think the collaboration works?
It works fantastically well. In every way. Secondly, we have continuous reconciliations around the everyday work, and we have continuous larger planning meetings, which is great and we will continue with. It has been fantastic to feel that Epinova has helped us clean up what the previous supplier did not succeed in doing. It has also given me confidence that you see things ahead and what we can do together.
That we understand each other and that you are communicative, draw good maps, listen to our needs, give suggestions, and that you really want to get to know what we want to achieve.

We exchange many thoughs, have meetings and reconciliations, and then you tell us that "if we are to achieve this, then we need to do this, and it can be done in different ways". You have such a good and understandable analogy when you explain technical things so that we understand, and that makes it easier for us to decide how to act. And when we want something done, we are quick to come back and ask questions.
All your developers are both communicative and listen and understand what we want, so it's really a good dialogue
We have more companies within the NOVA group, what do you think about that?
I gain even more confidence in you as a company. That you are in favor of your sister companies. That, for example, we will get a good UX consultant so that we do not just find someone in town who is guessing. It is Epinova we trust and then we trust you and know that you have a dialogue within NOVA. It is always close to having further cooperation with you. It will be a good palette as I see it, such as the collaboration with Infunnel, which works great, and it will work great with UX, SEO, and all other skills you have within NOVA.
What is the plan ahead - what do you want to achieve?
Now we have been in a phase where we cleaned a lot to get back on track so that we get a good current situation and can look ahead. The vision is that we will have an even better web that is more user-friendly and more intuitive for the customer. It should be easy to find what you are looking for, and it should be easy to do the right thing on our website. Just that when we came to you and Infunnel said "let's look at how you want the flows, we do not look at touchpoints, but how you WANT it going forward. This gets so cool, and it does not arise the same problem as it did before.
Is there anything we can improve?
No, I do not think so. For example, it is worth the extra half hours when we run our reconciliations and everyone is involved, so that we can have a consensus. We are not afraid of and do not focus on "hours". You also see that time is valuable for both you and us and you do not linger for hours. I wanted to enter this collaboration with openness right from the start and then it was up to Epinova to prove if I was right or not. And I really feel that you have proved it. Just the question at the beginning was how we wanted to divide into different projects, goals, and sub-goals and make clear things that were perhaps not so clear before, neither for you nor us.
Would you recommend Epinova to any other customer?
Yes, I would really do that, and I have already done it 😊
