A meeting place for communication
With 5 000 members, The Swedish Association of Communication Professionals has created a meeting place for communication professionals and future communication experts.

The Swedish Association of Communication Professionals (SACP) is a membership organization with over 5,000 members. Through training, networking and membership, the organization is a meeting place for inspiration, learning and competence provision for professional communicators, while highlighting important issues in the social debate.
Our collaboration with SACP began in the summer of 2021. The journey we made together extends from initial solution review, takeover of an older Episerver solution, quality-enhancing measures, new way of working, to development of a completely new web on the latest version of Optimizely and with Epinova's framework. Together, we have helped them to digitize and streamline their business, both for the organization's members but also in the internal work.
Increased member benefit
With automated flows of sales of memberships and courses from web via CRM to the new ERP system to the introduction of online courses via an LMS system that is directly integrated with Single Sign On for buyers - everything from increasing membership benefits to limiting the amount of manual work for the organization.

Design that doesn’t apologize for itself
In parallel with our work, SCAP got a new look in the form of a new visual identity. The new identity is meant to strengthen and clarify the brand, and it is based on a light hearted, vibrant, and inspiring expression that conveys a sense of trust, but where something new and interesting is always around the corner. With inspiring colors and shapes, an organic feeling is created, focusing on innovation and staying ahead of the curve.
In a series of workshops with the client, we defined goal metrics, prioritized user groups, and identified the design challenges each user group faces. The insights we gained led to a completely new navigation structure that better guides users to find what they need. We also developed design principles that helped us interpret and apply the new visual identity to the website.
Together with the client and in close collaboration with the branding agency, we created a web design that doesn’t apologize for itself. The visual identity is based on various shapes, which took the lead when we created a dynamic layout system where the shapes can be combined to create variety. The colors are lively, colorful, and inspiring while also conveying a grounded and organic feel. Since some color combinations work better together than others, we created preset color themes that provide automatic guidance for the editors, ensuring the right combinations appear in the right places.
Focus on the user experience
The new website has been developed on Epinova's framework with a strong focus on the user experience and with a design in line with SACP's new graphic profile. Now the editors can actively work on creating content to engage and build organic visibility that helps them increase the number of members and courses sold.
