Work with both customer assignments and product development
As a Tech Lead, you will work in one or more customer deliveries but also together with our RnD team where we put great focus on raising the quality of our deliveries through a large amount of modules, processes, documentation and internal training to constantly raise our level of delivery. - You should be well-versed in Optimizely CMS and experience with other Optimizely products such as Optimizely Customized Commerce.
- You are used to working in a structured and according to agile processes and you like to work in teams, in-house or with customers.
- You are passionate about both user experience and the editor's "everyday life" and you know how to work with customers to link requirements to a technical solution.
- You like to learn new things. You want to develop and be challenged, and would like to contribute yourself with insights and ideas.
- You are a committed, driven and responsible person, humble and responsive and you like to lift others.
- You are driven by delivering great solutions and customer satisfaction and want to be proud of what you and your team deliver. Innovative solutions!
