We are now looking for a senior unlocker: a trusted advisor and solution architect who can help our customers move forward with confidence, clarity, and ambition. Someone with deep Optimizely experience, strong technical judgment, and the ability to build trust and momentum at both executive and delivery level.
You’ll be mainly based at our Stockholm office at Slussen, working closely with colleagues and customers, but the role also includes flexibility to work remotely and on-site with clients when needed.
The role
You won’t be coding every day, but you bring a strong background as an Optimizely developer and Tech Lead. That experience allows you to assess architectures, identify risks and opportunities, and guide teams and stakeholders toward better decisions.
In this role, you’ll work in larger and more strategic customer engagements, often early in the journey. You’ll help customers understand where they are today, where they should go next, and how to get there – technically, organisationally, and platform-wise.
You’ll work closely with our Tech Leads, developers, and product teams, acting as a bridge between business, marketing, IT, and delivery, both on the customer side and internally.

Who we are looking for
You are a senior consultant with both technical depth and strategic confidence.
You:
- Have solid experience with Optimizely CMS and knowledge of the wider Optimizely ecosystem (e.g. Commerce, CMP, ODP, Opal and experimentation)
- Have a background as an Optimizely developer and Tech Lead (even if you no longer code daily)
- Are comfortable acting as a solution architect and senior advisor in customer dialogues
- Can perform technical audits, define target architectures, and create clear roadmaps and decision support
- Are confident in workshops, presentations, and stakeholder discussions
- Can align marketing, IT, and business – both on the customer side and internally
- Have strong consulting skills, commercial awareness, and a pragmatic mindset
- Are professional, humble, and diplomatic – but able to stand by your recommendations
- Take ownership, work independently, and enjoy helping others succeed
