2 years ago, Optimizely carried out a major upgrade of its DXP platform to what is today version 12 for CMS and version 14 for Commerce. It was the biggest change to Optimizely in 10 years with a change of the entire underlying platform from Microsoft.
In our experience, many websites are still on previous versions of Optimizely, so is that a problem? Yes, there are many reasons to grab that upgrade you've been thinking about for a while. Some of the main ones are:
