Epinova's assignment
Söderberg & Partners had a relatively newly developed web solution based on Optimizely DXP to serve its markets in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and the UK. When the new website had been live for about a year, Söderberg & Partners wanted to take a look at how to continue working with development and management. They were looking for a partner with well-established and well-developed processes and methods, a data-driven way of working and a deep knowledge of the Optimizely platform in order to best support Söderberg & Partners' continued growth in existing and new markets.
At the turn of the year 2023/2024, Epinova was entrusted with an assignment with Söderberg & Partners, a collaboration that began with a solution review and a takeover project according to Epinova's proven methodology. After getting routines for support, development and collaboration in place, the work of implementing minor changes as well as formulating and prioritizing a common roadmap has started and gradually intensified.
