Epinova launches Optimizely Content Migration Engine

Today we have launched our Epinova Content Migration Engine as an initiative to help companies and organizations move over to Optimizely, the leading Digital Experience Platform on the market.

Optimizely, a leading provider of products for the digital marketer has strengthened their position in the market in the last few years, with leader positions in lots of different analyst reports. Epinova has been a leading provider of services based on the Optimizely platform for over 15 years.

What does it do?

The Content Migration Engine enables migration of content from one or several source systems into Optimizely CMS, PaaS or SaaS. It can also be used to migrate content from an older version of Optimizely for sites that are being rebuilt/restructured. The Migration Engine also supports extracting DAM content into Optimizely CMP DAM for clients that are implementing both Optimizely CMS and CMP.

The Content Migration Engine supports several common CMS/DXP systems as source, and new connectors can be developed based on client needs. The Content Migration Engine is available in the Optimizely Marketplace or directly from Epinova.

We see a clear trend on the market that made us develop this Content Migration Engine as part of our overall strategy in working with Optimizely. First, there’s lots of companies and organizations moving over to the Optimizely platform that needs to move over existing content – something that can be cumbersome and expensive. Secondly, it’s quite common that these companies and organizations also have other sites for brands or campaigns that are run on simpler platforms, like WordPress, and utilizing the power of Optimizely to consolidate sites lowers their maintenance costs as well as making them move faster.
