Our core values

Our values are our DNA – what we breathe and what defines who we are. This is important to us, and since we are agile in our approach, we work continuously with our values, how we treat each other, our customers, what we stand for and what it is like to work at Epinova as a company.

We strongly believe that a good corporate culture cannot be created once and for all - it is created every day. We have developed our core values together at our kick-offs and we visit them regularly in workshops and in our daily work to check that we are on the right course.

For us, it is important that we include everyone who joins us in our culture and our values and that we can all participate and contribute and influence. Our values define who we are and what we stand for and what is important to us.
